18 years and older.
Completed a Certified Nursing Assistant course approved by the State of Arizona or a Certified Patient Care Technician.
Completed a State of Arizona approved Assisted Living Caregiver Program which consists of a total of 62 hours
Complete Requirements for the Arizona Food Handlers Card.
In possession of Arizona DPS fingerprint card.
Completed CPR course from the American Heart Association.
Completed a First Aid course from the American Red Cross.
A physical is required from their doctor including a TB Titer or chest X-ray.
3 professional references.
Undergo a background check.
An understanding of different clients’ needs.
The specific skills for specific service.
The ability to function well in a home setting.
An understanding of how to manage the day-to-day responsibilities of home.
An understanding of the importance of home safety.
Communication skills necessary to interact with clients.
Confidence in their ability to get the job done.
A commitment to 100-percent client satisfaction.
Two years of verifiable senior care experience.
Presents a non-expired state issued ID or US Passport.

Keystone Paramedical In Home Services conducts an in person interview with every experienced caregiver.
At that time, we assess their level of experience and knowledge they have via online testing. We also ask about their motivation behind their desire to be a caregiver and most importantly determine if they demonstrate a heart of compassion and caring for the people we assist.
While our caregivers have two years of prior experience, we share our values with them and the most up to date caregiving techniques.
Personal development training is offered to all caregivers. Each caregiver's performance is reviewed by you via an online survey. This is set in place to provide caregivers continued paths of excellence in their individual caregiving skills.
